Thank you, Lockwood, for responding so quickly to my request for help after the City sewer main backed up and flooded my bathroom, hall, laundry room and bedroom. I especially want to thank Jorge and Deante not only for their diligent, hard work, but for keeping the work site clean, and communicating clearly. Jorge made sure I knew what to expect each day and delivered every time. They quickly knocked out the demolition, cleanup, and sanitizing, in preparation for the build-back, and it was clear that managers Chris and Stephen run well trained and organized crews.

 

Within an hour of my first call to Karen, who manages the office and kept all the paperwork and agreements organized (thank you!), Chris and Stephen arrived on the job, set up equipment, addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. It’s the first time this happened to me but Lockwood clearly knows the business, including codes, best practices, and insurance company expectations.
